Do you take vehicles in part exchange?
Yes, all makes and models would be considered. We would also consider part exchanging two vehicles for one of ours. We may consider part exchanging motorbikes but this would be at our discretion.
Can I arrange a test drive?
Yes, simply call to arrange a time that suits all parties. Please note you will need to bring with you a valid UK drivers licence.
The Exact vehicle I require is not available on your car stocklist. Are you able to source the vehicle I require with my exact preference of specification, for example colour, mileage etc?
Yes, we have access to over 600 vehicles per day and can source a car of most makes and models to fit your budget and requirements.
I want to sell my vehicle and have no idea of it's value or how to go about disposing of it. Can you help?
Simply complete our car valuation form. This will be enough to give ourselves an indication as to the value of your vehicle. Ultimately, we would need to see and drive the vehicle before giving an exact quote.
I want to reserve a vehicle you have in stock but cannot get to your premises to view it for 5 days, how can I reserve it until then?
To reserve a vehicle you can leave a £200 deposit over the phone which will hold the vehicle for up to 7 working days. If you feel the vehicle is not as described in the advert then we will refund your deposit in full.
What payment methods are available?
Most payment methods are available the most common are: Credit or debit card, bank transfer, BACS payment, cash, personal cheque (cheque's must clear before vehicle is released).
If I leave a deposit can I collect the vehicle at a later date?
Yes, in most cases our cars are supplied with new MOT's and a service which is carried out once a deposit has been left. We can also store a customer's vehicle for up to 14 days before a storage cost is incurred.
What does your free 3 month warranty cover?
Our warranties are a mechanical breakdown warranty. The main components of a car are covered such as: engine, clutch, gearbox, brakes. Smaller issues such as electric mirrors or audio equipment are not covered. Although, extra cover can be purchased at point of sale.
Do you do a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to my new purchase prior to delivery?
Yes, all forecourt vehicles are supplied with a service on delivery consisting of an oil and filter change and all levels are checked and topped up in addition to a 56 point vehicle check.
Can I make an appointment to view a car after hours?
Yes, this needs to be arranged with the individual site and customer by phone or email.
